1. The agreement
These Terms govern your use of Noblot (the “Service”). By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. If you enable the zero-knowledge journal lock, your passphrase is derived on your device and never sent to us — we cannot recover it, and losing it means the sealed content is unrecoverable.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. AI assistants you connect act on your behalf and within the workspaces and scopes you grant.
4. Plans & billing
Noblot is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, pricing and terms will be shown before you subscribe, and existing data is never deleted on downgrade.
5. Your content
You own your data. You may export it at any time and delete your account, which crypto-shreds your encrypted content immediately and purges the rest after a short grace period.
6. Availability & changes
The Service is provided “as is” while in active development. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
